Clarence the candy maker rubbed his hands together gleefully, for today, valentines day, he would uncover his new candy, the Smarty-Marty-Party-Bar. It was called this because it made anyone who tasted it a smarty little spoiled brat and, those who smelled a whiff of it would crave it for the rest of their lives. His plan was to make him the most polite man on earth, you may ask why he didn't just work his manners but he told me that would take too long and far too much work. When the candy was released, all was going great for the evil candy maker until he noticed nothing was happening to the people so he decided that maybe it takes time to kick in. After a few days still nothing happened so he checked the machine which proved the main ingredient had been strained out mid process, MONEY. Eventually the police found out his plan and he was sentenced for life, so thats the story of Clarence the evil candy maker's failure.
How have the ways of communication changed. Over the years, communication has changed, sometimes worse but most of the time, for the better. A special thing in the old days is that it was an art to write with feather and quill and took much more thought. Also in those times letters and mail did not come as often so it was a special event when a letter arrived. One thing about modern times is it is so much quicker through texts and e-mails than to handwrite a letter and send it through the pony express which is very helpful in the case of emergencies or important announcements. Even though all the facebook and twitter is good and all I still love receiving a handwritten letter from grandparents, teachers and friends.
repurposing = reusing
-----------When I grow up I would like to be a person who finds random things made from wood, metal and glass and repurpose them into functional and or beautiful items. After I finish my artwork I will sell them to anybody who will come to my studio. Especially people who are paid by other people to decorate homes so many other people can see my creations. I also hope to one day get my art into an art museum.
I hope repurposing items will someday be my job but for now it is just an awesome hobby.

---------- My resolution is to become a better rider so I can show more this year than last year. I plan to this by working very hard at both home and lessons at the barn. I would like to show more this year because I really enjoy it and want to keep it up throughout my life. A few other things I like about horse shows are getting to see all the cool places around this side of the country where the horse shows are located and, that I have a few friends I get to see at most of the shows. I hope to fulfill THIS resolution and by next year I hope to take this goal to the next level.
THE NO SWEAT SWEATER
Don't you hate getting your head stuck in sweaters when you put them on? Well this is the no sweat sweater you dont have to worry about getting your head stuck which comes in any design that your grandmother can think of. All you have to do is wrap it around yourself and zip it up. It is also made of the same fabric as normal sweaters. You have to buy this sweater!
Thank you for all the things you do for me like, first of all the necessities like food, water, somewhere to sleep and clothes, but you also do so much other stuff for me such as taking me to and from school, taking me to camps, horseback riding,scouts and occasionally
a football game or concert. I also want to thank you for not only the things you go to or buy stuff for me but the other things like doing the laundry, feeding the horses,helping me sometimes on homework and helping me feel better when i'm sad. Though I some times get mad at you and you at me , I love you.

If I were Dr. Ebeling for a day, I would try to make it the best school day ever at Summit! First of all, I would declare the following day pajama day--maybe even have a grade wide dodgeball game for P.E. I would also probably have to go to a meeting or two and drink coffee then go around to the classrooms seeing what the kids are doing and making sure the kids are learning. Then I make sure everything is good in the teacher workroom and then after school I play a video for the parents.
"Hi Sunlight," announced Plant Cell.
"Hello cabbage cell," Sunlight returned cheerfully.
Plant Cell asked, "Can you give me a little power? I'm feeling a little low today; all I've seen is clouds lately."
"Sure, I'll be shining all this week. I was just taking a vacation, and I got Cloud to cover for me," beamed Sunlight.
